AIR ENTRAINING ADMIXTURE FOR CONCRETE

DESCREPTION
Shalicon-A.E.A. is highly alkaline, light brownish yellow colored liquid. It is an Air Entraining agent, based on selected resin.

DOSAGES
The actual dosage required to achieve desired parameters will vary with the types of cement, the size of aggregate and the total mix design being used. The exact dosage should be determined by site trials. Generally the higher the dosage, the greater the air entrainment; but mixes with low workability require a higher dosage to give a specific air entrainment.

COMPATIBILITY
Shalicon-A.E.A. can be used with all types of Portland cement, sulphate   resisting cements, micro silica and fly ash.

PACKAGING
Shalicon-A.E.A. is available in bulk or 210 kg net wt drums and 40 kg cans

DISPENSING
The measured quantity of Shalicon-A.E.A should be added along with the gauging water.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Shalicon A.E.A has a shelf life of one year from date of manufacture in un opened original packing and storage under shade.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Shalicon A.E.A is not a fire or health hazard spillage should be washed down immediately with water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
