An admixture that accelerates the setting and used for early strength development of concrete.
DESCRIPTION
Shaliset dry shotcrete accelerator is highly alkaline, white colored powder. It is accelerating admixtures based on selected carbonates and hydroxides of alkaline earth metals.

The actual dosage required to achieve desired parameters will vary with the types of cement and the total mix design being used and ambient temperature. The exact dosage should be determined by site trials.

Shaliset Dry shotcrete accelerator can be used with all types of Portland cement and silica fume etc.

Shaliset dry shotcrete accelerator is available in 40 kg nett HDPE laminated bags
DISPENSING
The dry mix process involves pre mixing of the cement and aggregate along with Shaliset dry shotcrete accelerator powder and transfer to a hose in a stream of compressed air. Water is injected at the end of the hose and mix with the material, as it exits at high velocity. Water content is restricted to approximately that required for proper hydration.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Shaliset dry shotcrete accelerator has a shelf life of one year from the date of manufacture in unopened original packing protected from moisture & stored under godown.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Shaliset dry shotcrete accelerator is not a fire or health hazard, spillage should be washed down immediately with cold water. In case of contact eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
