DESCRIPTION
Shaliset shotcrete accelerator is alkaline, white off white liquid. It is accelerating admixtures based on silicate.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

1. Appearances : Off White Liquid
2. Chloride Content : Nil
3. Specific Gravity : 1.35 + 0.02 at 27*C
4. Dosages (by wt of cement) : 4-10%
   

The actual dosage required to achieve desired parameter will vary with the types of cement and the total mix design being used and ambient temperature. The exact dosage should be determined by site trials.

COMPATIBILITY
Shaliset wet shotcrete accelerator can be used with all types of Portland cement and silica fume etc.

PACKAGING
Shaliset set shotcrete accelerator is available in 300 kg nett wt drums.

DISPENSING
In the wet process, a predetermined ratio of cement, aggregate and water is batched mixed and transferred to a pump. The concrete is pumped along a flexible hose to a discharge nozzle from where it is projected at high velocity on to the surface.Simultaneously, Liquid Accelerator is projected on to the surface with another nozzle.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Shaliset wet shotcrete accelerator has a shelf life of one year from the date of manufacture in unopened original packing protected from moisture & stored under godown.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Shaliset wet shotcrete accelerator is not a fire or health hazard, spillage should be washed down immediately with cold water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
